Have you noticed those new Urinals being installed everywhere in public restrooms? I believe they are required to accommodate the physically challenged people!
Being relatively short (only 5'-5"), I normally use these anyway.
One time, I walked in with an American friend who is 6"-6". As we approached the urinals, he pointed to the "lower one" and told me, "Shorty, you can use that one!"
I retorted, "Hey, man, you've got it all wrong! This is for people with long ones!"
